Dr. Eklu-Natey is a development economist, former Director General of Development Planning in the Ministry of Planning in Togo (1972-1980), Director General of the Togolese Development Studies Institute (1980-1993), one of the pioneers of African national, regional and international development studies institutions.

Kelechi A. Kalu earned his Ph.D. in International Studies from the Graduate School of International Studies, University of Denver in 1997. He taught political science and life of the mind courses at the University of Northern Colorado where he was promoted to the rank of Professor of Political Science in 2004.
He served two terms as Program Chair of the International Studies Section of the Southwestern Social Science Association and one term as President of International Studies Association-Southwest. He is a recipient of several academic and service awards/recognitions from the University of Northern
Colorado-including a Teaching Excellence Award, a Faculty Member of the Year Award and other professional bodies such as the Association of Third World Studies, which honored Kalu with its "2004 President's Distinguished Leadership & Service Award."
He was also honored with the Senior Honors Council 2005 Distinguished Service Award (UNC).
Professor Kalu is the author of Economic Development and Nigerian Foreign Policy (Edwin Mellen Press, 2000) and editor/contributor, Agenda Setting and Public Policy in Africa (Ashgate Publishers, 2004). With two consecutive grants from the Ford Foundation, Kalu undertook field research in Nigeria, Ghana, Uganda, South Africa (2001 and 2002) and other neighboring African states.
He currently serves as Book Review Editor for Journal of Asian and African Studies. Currently, Kelechi Kalu is a Professor of African American and African Studies and Director of the Center for African Studies at The Ohio State University.

Paul has lectured, run workshops and seminars in the UK and overseas on a variety of topics related to the condition of Black people in the UK and around the world. He has been interviewed on a number of radio programmes in the UK and US including: local BBC Radio networks (Nottingham, Derby, Leeds, West Midlands, Three Counties) Kemet Radio, Galaxy Radio, Nustyle Radio, LibRadio, Harambee Radio, Innerlight Radio, Unique FM etc. He was a guest lecturer on the historic www.gammission.com tour to Gambia which took over 100 Afrikans from the UK to the Gambia in October 2007. He has also delivered lectures in the United States and the Netherlands. Paul has extensive experience of working with young people in an interactive and engaging manner.
