Amanda Noordhoff is a Virginia CPA licensed Tax Manager with CST Group, CPAs. She has 15 years of public accounting experience across a variety of industries. Her work involves assurance, advisory, and tax return preparation for corporations, partnerships, nonprofits, individuals, and retirement plans. Amanda builds relationships with her clients based on trust and respect while providing quality service. She received her BS in Accounting from Virginia Tech in 2008. As a Loudoun County native, Amanda enjoys giving back to her local community by supporting Loudoun Cares.

Austin is an Assurance Manager at RSM US LLP. He is a licensed CPA in the state of Virginia. As part of the RSM's audit practice, he has experience auditing government contractors, technology, construction, and professional services companies. In his current role, Austin provides functional expertise at an operational level, including internal controls, financial reporting, and technical accounting matters with a focus on quality and efficiency. Austin attended Shepherd University and graduated with a BS in Accounting prior to starting his career in public accounting. Born and raised in Northern Virginia, Austin is committed to serving and developing the community.

Debra Craig is currently a Business Change Director at Anthem and has over 25 years of experience in the health insurance industry. After joining the Board of Directors in 2020, she joined the Special Events committee and dove into the annual Volunteer Awards and Art Auction events. A resident of Loudoun County for over 10 years, Debra lives with her 2 ‘almost' adult children and enjoys fostering rescue dogs, hiking and spending time with family & friends.

Emily Long is an Event Coordinator, vocalist, and the co-owner and partner of Waverly Springs, a 13-acres property launching a Haute Cuisine restaurant in the spring of 2024 in the beautifully quaint town of Paeonian Springs, just north of Leesburg, VA. Future plans for the property include a Country Inn, Barn renovation for indoor events and festivals, and a Pool House renovation that will provide spa services as an amenity to our guests.
Emily and her husband, Gavin Long, have raised four girls together in the Northern Virginia area, moving to Great Falls in 2006. They met at University and married young anticipating a life in ministry. Emily is an accomplished vocalist and enjoys most genres, especially jazz. She has performed the National Anthem on many occasions, leads worship frequently at various churches and has performed for weddings, festivals and other professional events.
Her event coordinating came about naturally as a "gatherer". She has orchestrated many festivals, weddings and other events requiring team management and a cool head for those ‘in the moment changes to plan'. Emily will gladly tell you she thrives in chaos and it is evident when she is running an event.
Emily is thrilled to be a part of the Loudoun Cares Board of Directors. She is thrilled to be joining this incredible team that is bringing so much life and help to those in our community most in need. Loudoun Cares' ability to connect the various non-profits in our area, as well as, those who greatly desire to volunteer and give back to our community is truly changing lives.

Erin Adams is a Treasury Management Officer at Sandy Spring Bank with 15 years of business development experience. Starting her career as a professional ballet dancer, she then transitioned into culinary arts and became the Executive Pastry Chef for Wolfgang Puck Catering in Washington, DC. Drawing on her experience in customer service and forward facing role as an Executive Chef, Erin then expanded into Business Development and became the Managing Partner and co-founder of Apertus Partners, a professional staffing firm. Erin came on board with Sandy Spring Bank with a proven track record of building relationships, maximizing profitability, and providing an exceptional client experience. In 2018, she was honored as one of Loudoun County's 40 Under 40. She is active in the community, volunteering with the Ladies Board of INOVA Loudoun Hospital and joined the Loudoun Cares Board of Directors in early 2022. Glenn Wooten's award-winning experience in event sales, office management, and customer service in various business environments make him the go-to guy for making things happen at work and in our community. Taking events from concept, through planning, promotion, and finally execution, Glenn combines an innate ability to visualize client objectives with an understanding of market trends and years of success with event logistics. His diverse background, focused primarily in telecommunications and hospitality, includes a current role as a sports broadcaster with WBGR Sports Network, Lanham, MD and prior service in the United States Air Force.

Josh is the Director of Marketing with Play To Win Sports Management. Along with marketing responsibilities, Josh focuses on corporate sponsors, partnerships, and advertisement. Prior to working with Play To Win, Josh worked in the finance industry and was responsible for providing outreach and financial education to low and moderate income communities and agencies, as a Community Reinvestment Officer. Sports have always been an integral part of Josh's life. Born and raised in Northern VA, Josh attended and played baseball at Wilmington University, in which he received a Sports Management degree. After his college baseball career, Josh was fortunate enough to play professional baseball in the St. Louis Cardinals organization. Now, he enjoys mentoring young athletes and making an impact in his community.

Katie Schneider, President of The Marketing Management Group (TMMG), is Loudoun's leading Promo Professional, Connoisseur of Custom Apparel, and all around Branding Boss.
Giving back is not only a core value, but one of the biggest joys in her life. Through TMMG, Katie has been able to help local non-profits raise valuable funding by hosting golf tournaments, volunteering, and organizing events and outreach. She is often found helping behind the scenes at events and is known to most as the one you can count on to lend a hand.
Katie has been honored by being named in the Loudoun 100 and the Loudoun 40 Under 40. She is a County Tourism Ambassador for Visit Loudoun and a proud Loudoun Chamber of Commerce Ambassador and volunteer. Katie serves as a team parent for both sons track and TKD programs. This next year she is slated to become a Young Entrepreneur Academy Mentor!

Lavanya Carrithers is an attorney and the principal of The Carrithers Law Office. She is licensed in Virginia and has approximately ten years of experience handling civil litigation matters, estate planning and administration, and appellate matters. She is also the owner and operator of Legacy Title & Escrow providing escrow services for residential and commercial real estate transactions. Lavanya is a northern Virginia native and enjoys spending time with her two daughters, solving puzzles, and participating in outdoor activities.

Melinda Gipson is an unabashed "change agent." She currently edits Leesburg Lifestyle Magazine, but has enjoyed many careers on the cutting edge of digital media and marketing. (She is @DM2PRO on Twitter.) Her innovations in targeted mobile advertising for political and advocacy groups earned multiple professional awards in the 2016-2017 election cycle, and her journalistic honors for business-to-business reporting includes the prestigious National Press Foundation Award for breaking news. Her efforts helping the Fourth Estate adopt profitable digital publishing models earned her a "Digital Edge Pioneer" award from the Newspaper Assn. of America, and she has helped many local businesses streamline their business processes and burnish their brands online. She holds a BA from Wheaton College (IL), an MSJ (in Journalism) from Northwestern University, and an executive MBA from American University's Kogod School of Business.

Monti Mercer is a neuroscience researcher and science humanitarian focused on sharing basic biomedical research and science education. He is currently the Community Liaison with Howard Hughes Medical Institute at the Janelia Research Campus. In this capacity, Monti leads the department of Community Relations in developing community partnerships with local leaders and organizations to expand scientific education and charitable experiences. This native Virginian holds a BS from Hampden-Sydney College in central Virginia. He has volunteered as a wish granted with the Make-A-Wish Foundation for over 15 years, a local religious youth educator and organizer, a member of the Leadership Loudoun Class of 2019, and is known to be a wine enthusiast and musician. Monti's servitude also includes an appointment as a Trustee for Dulles District with the Loudoun County Public Library and a Board Director with the Loudoun Chamber of Commerce.

Fleur de Cuisine was founded by private chef, Natalie Ramos, and her daughter, Tiana, who for more than 20 years have been directly involved in the culinary industry. The mother who was a domestic violence survivor needed a way to provide for her family so she leaned on her talent of cooking cuisine from the soul. Tiana being an LGBTQ female struggled to find out who she was. She saw her mother's creative passion and at the young age of 10 knew she wanted to be a chef. Inspired by their families heritage of Caribbean, African American latin descent, the flavors can be tasted throughout each dish that they make with love. Together they have been featured in magazines such as Northern Virginia Living, Huffington Post, LA Times and most recently the television show chopped. They believe in supporting local businesses and believe in giving back to the community that helped them grow. Their love and passion can be found in what they call "Recipe for life where they focus on food, faith, fitness, family and finances" which can be found in every product. Natalie Ramos was recognized as the 2023 Recipient award for rising star to the year for the National Association of Women Business owners and recipient of the 2023 superior service of the year for the Small Business awards for Loudoun County. Natalie decided to join the Board of Directors for Loudoun Cares due to the fact that in 2015 she herself was a recipient of the aid that Loudoun Cares offers to the community after a dispute with Domestic Violence left her dissitute. After receiving the assistance of Loudoun Cares, Natalie determined that her best suited value was not only in her cooking but in bringing affordable cuisine to assist individuals creating memories of a lifetime.

After graduating from Concordia University in fall 2020 with a major in Management and a minor in marketing, Remi joined Loudoun Cares as a social media intern. As an intern he was able to help create social media posts and copy across multiple campaigns; helping Loudoun Cares connect those in need with those who serve. In early 2022, Remi was brought on to the Loudoun Cares board as an associate board member and member of the marketing committee to continue his development within the organization. Remi's is the Media Specialist at Reingold Inc. where he is able to combine his passion for digital marketing and mission driven work. In his spare time he is a "want-to-be" food influencer, hopeful musician, and weekend athlete.

Ronni Allen Ward is President of Forward Incorporated, a women-owned business with the mission of sharing collective insights, experience, and breadth of knowledge to move clients forward, typically through business development and strategic marketing activities. Ronni has spent her career affirming her belief that if you apply business principles to government agencies and non-profit organizations, you can achieve business results. She has worked for and with the DC area's large government services firms, providing marketing, management, and information technology consulting services to a diverse array of public sector and commercial clients. Ronni moved to Loudoun County with her late husband in 2001 just after the birth of their daughter. Her volunteerism in the County has been closely tied to her daughter's childhood activities; she has worked with the March of Dimes, served in several PTA positions, directed a Kids with Purpose program, and even led a Brownie Troop. Ronni holds an M.B.A. in Marketing from the George Washington University and a B.S. in Business Administration from the University at Albany.

Seema Khan is the CEO and President of Makpar Corporation, which provides IT consulting services to the Federal Government. Seema has an MBA from Wake Forest University and a CPA from Virginia. Seema has several years of experience in providing taxation, accounting and financial services to non-profits and small businesses. Seema is passionate about community involvement and wants to see Loudoun Cares prosper and grow.

Susan Snyder former Chair of Loudoun Cares and a Loudoun resident since 1972, has helped spearhead many Loudoun organizations that exist today. Susan helped orchestrate getting Loudoun soccer off the ground in the early 1970's. Since that time she has served on numerous committees volunteered countless hours with our schools, Scout Troops, garden clubs, and tourism. Susan has held nonprofit board positions over the years, including Chair of Loudoun Interfaith Relief, she has been on the board of Birthright for 25 years, and she has been a board member of Loudoun Cares since its inception in 2002. Susan, along with her husband George, raised their five children in Loudoun County.

Tiffany Meehan is the Vice President of Marketing at Inclusively, a technology-centered employment platform connecting disabled job seekers to inclusive companies. Raised in Loudoun County, Tiffany attended The George Washington University and received a BA in English and Religion. She has previously worked on successful marketing campaigns with DC Mayor Muriel Bowser, The National Conference Center, SiriusXM, and Lisner Auditorium. Tiffany is thrilled to be involved with Loudoun Cares and to promote its mission within the community.

Tracey Leverett is a seasoned business professional experienced in the areas of Human Resources, Marketing, and Operations. She has worked in various industries such as real estate, construction, sports and recreation, law, IT, and telecommunications. Tracey is a practical problem solver, energized by working with people to bring about results. She helps people and organizations to find creative solutions and efficient ways to work and accomplish goals.
Born in Indiana, and a Hoosier at heart, Tracey grew up in several different states including New York, North Carolina and Texas. Moving numerous times provided a foundation of sincere interest in others and curiosity for acquiring information, learning, and communicating.
Along with her place on the Board of Directors of Loudoun Cares, she is on the Advisory Board of Maxwell's Playbook, a women's leadership organization. Tracey also leads a group of teen girls at her church.

Valerie Pisierra has always encouraged people to strive to be a contributing force in their community; she believes getting involved is a great way to enrich your life and the lives of those you serve. Her journey with LC began as a part-time employee in 2016; she was named Executive Director in October 2017 and appointed to the Loudoun County Human Services Strategic Plan Advisory Committee in 2019. Valerie is the Chair of the Loudoun Human Services Network and Co-Chair of the Loudoun Chamber of Commerce Nonprofit Committee. Valerie grew up in Arizona and attended college and graduate school earning a BS and an MBA in Business. She spent the greater part of the last three decades as a military spouse, living and working overseas in Japan, Germany, and England. A large part of her 25-year career has included volunteering and organizing nonprofit groups. For 10 years (2 of which she served as Vice Chairperson), Valerie worked with Americans Working Around the Globe (AWAG), a European nonprofit organization focused on training and connecting volunteers. She has been honored to be presented with the Department of the Army Commander's Public Service Award, the United States European Command Award Certificate of Achievement, the European PTA Volunteer of the Year and most recently she has been named the 2022 Nonprofit Executive Leader by the Loudoun Chamber of Commerce during their Community Leadership Awards. Under her leadership, Loudoun Cares was honored to be named 2021 Nonprofit of the Year and 2021 Small Business of the Year by the Loudoun Chamber of Commerce. Only one of two nonprofits that have ever received this honor. Valerie is thrilled to have landed in Northern Virginia and believes serving her community is the biggest honor of all.

Zack Carpenter is Vice President of Data Acquisition at Nova List Company. Zack leads a team that is responsible for the planning and data acquisition for hundreds of direct mail campaigns annually, which raises millions of dollars for their clients. Focused on building strong relationships inside and outside the company, Zack has been an essential part of Nova's growth over the last decade. Zack is also a member of the Leadership Loudoun Class of 2019 and currently sits on the Leadership Loudoun Board of Directors.
