Loudoun Cares' Executive Director Valerie Pisierra was named Community Leader Nonprofit Executive of the Year by the Loudoun County Chamber of Commerce... 2014 - Loudoun Cares takes over the county's Volunteer Center online platform from Volunteer Loudoun. Through this robust platform, we are able to connect residents and corporate volunteers with local nonprofits.
