Description. Ashley is a qualified health professional with a background working both within the public and private sector. She is therefore qualified within a number of disciplines. As well as performing the duties of company secretary Ashley also provides various teaching sessions relating to CBT and physical health within Quayside CBT Ltd.

Description. Charlie is a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist who, as well as working for Quayside CBT Ltd. has worked within the NHS for fourteen years, the last eight have been within a specialist CBT center in Durham. He has completed a degree in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. Although having experience in working with all the problems outlined within the homepage, areas of special interest include; anger management, anxiety, PTSD, OCD, CFS/ME and depression. As a qualified teacher he is therefore able to provide an extensive range of teaching sessions relating to the CBT model. He is accredited to the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP) and a member of the EMDR Association UK & Ireland (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing).
