Our main office is based in Durham, while we also hold Newcastle CBT Clinics on the Quayside in Newcastle and Sunderland CBT Clinics at Doxford International Business Centre. In certain circumstances we also offer appointments within a clients home... If attending clinic is difficult we also offer cognitive behavioural therapy online by using skype. Skype CBT means that both client and therapist can see and hear each other via a computer screen. All you need is a web cam and a microphone and to download skype unto your computer. There is no charge for skype to skype calls. You can prepay by paypal by going to the Online CBT page. Online CBT can be particularly effective for people who are too ill to attend clinic, or who have other commitments, and are unable to continue attendance at clinics.
