Mr. Sarubbi is the Chief Sales Executive of North America Sales for Rizing. Mr. Sarubbi leads the firm's strategic sales initiatives focusing on new growth opportunities in North America. He has over 30 years of software and services technology experience. He joined Vesta from SAP where he most recently served as Client Director and the North American Lead for Global Energy and Utilities. In this role, he led teams of professionals building next-generation service offerings and capabilities for SAP Energy and Utility clients. During his tenure at SAP, Mr. Sarubbi led the largest business transformation sales efforts in the Transmission, Generation, Electric and Water Utilities verticals. Prior to SAP, Mr. Sarubbi spent 20 years in numerous senior executive and sales management roles and has a BBA from Pace University, Lubin School of Business. Mr. Sarubbi is committed to helping customers achieve excellence by developing long-term working relationships and ensuring they maximize the full value out of their investments in SAP.

Brian Cederborg is responsible for driving the Consumer Industries Business Development team, delivering strategic retail, wholesale, and consumer products projects, and providing senior advisory services to Rizing's customers. With over 30 years combined industry and consulting experience, he specializes in driving corporate modernization and transformation programs and helping customers define and implement corporate strategy. Brian is SAP S/4, Activate, IS-Retail, and Project Management Professional (PMP) certified and holds an MBA in Consumer Insight and Finance from the University of Texas at Austin. Brian is focused on establishing long-term partnerships with Rizing's customers, driving incremental financial benefits for respective clients.
Mr. Graves is President of Rizing. In addition to driving our fiscal direction as a member of Rizing's Board of Directors, Mr. Graves will focus on external relationships and internal processes crucial to achieving our next phase of growth and profitability. In addition, he will have executive oversight for Finance and Investor Relations and will lead our Capital Markets and Mergers & Acquisitions activities. Prior to joining Rizing, Mr. Graves was the Chief Financial Officer of a service provider in the EAM space. In that role he planned and directed internal programs that enabled the company to grow from start-up phase to more than 100 personnel with nearly $20 million in services revenue. Before that, he was a Vice President in Corporate Finance with FleetBoston Financial Corporation where he structured and syndicated debt offerings for industrial clients and leveraged buyouts. He also served as a Lieutenant in the United States Navy. Mr. Graves has a BS from the United States Naval Academy at Annapolis and received an MPPM in Finance from Yale University.
Connie leads Rizing's Geospatial practice where she is responsible for setting the geospatial strategy for the company and for leading our geospatial business development efforts. She has over 35 years of experience in transportation and GIS and has worked with more than half of the US State Departments of Transportation (DOTs). She is a recognized leader in the GIS for Transportation industry and serves on the GIS-T Planning and the TRB AED40 Geographic Information Science Committees.

Crawford Owens is focused on the Energy and Utilities Practice. Crawford's responsibilities include supporting global sales initiatives and maintaining strategic industry focus for Rizing consulting and development activities. Prior to joining Rizing, he was the Director of Technology Deployment for Electric Operations Organization at Pacific Gas & Electric Co (PG&E). Before PG&E, Crawford served in various capacities including Project Manager Information Technology, Manager Distribution Design & Engineering as well as Sr. Manager of Gas and Electric Operations at E. ON-US, a specialized energy solutions company. He has a Masters in Information Systems/Decision Sciences and an MBA. He has served as a professor of Project Management for Information Technology at Bellarmine University and holds various certifications in IT Project Management and Systems Design. Crawford is frequently featured at various institutions around the world as a guest lecturer on the topics of Project Management, Information Technology and Systems Design.

Dr. Achim Krüger is the President of Rizing EAM EMEA, overseeing business development and identifying new business opportunities in the European market. Dr. Krüger started his career as an officer with the German Air Force. He held several positions in the areas of maintenance of helicopters and transport aircraft as well as systems engineering, before he worked in higher commands as a logistics general staff officer. Prior to Rizing, Dr. Krüger first served as a consultant for SAP before establishing the SAP for Defense & Security industry portfolio at SAP AG. After several other duties in Solution Management and Development Dr. Krüger became the Vice President for SAP's solutions for the line of business Asset Management (which comprises EAM as well as EH&S). Dr. Krüger obtained a degree in aerospace engineering from the University of the Federal Armed Forces at Munich as well as a degree in economics from the University of Hagen. For his thesis on the fatigue life behavior of metallic materials he was awarded a doctorate in engineering.
As President, Rizing HCM APAC, Drew focuses on the overall business strategy and the development and growth of Rizing and our team in the Asia Pacific region. He has over 20 years' experience in the professional services field and has been with Rizing for more than a decade where he has had leadership roles across Sales and Business Development, Account Management and Project Delivery. He enjoys working in teams to help grow and improve Rizing and what we can offer our customers and is passionate about working with people to help them realize their goals and ambitions. Drew has worked across many industries with a focus on Utilities, Mining and Manufacturing with many national and international customers including Energy Queensland, BHP, Rio Tinto, Sodexo, and Citadel.
Jeremy Burgin has global responsibility for the Finance, Risk, IT and Administrative functions. As a member of global management, he plays a key role in the formulation of business strategy. Prior to joining Rizing, Jeremy was the Global Finance Director for GMC Global, a mining and IT services firm. As a member of the global leadership team he planned and directed finance & administration, and played a leading role growing the firm to 140 personnel across operations in Asia, Africa, North and South America. Jeremy has experience in guiding firms successfully through high-growth opportunities in developing markets both organically and through acquisitions. He has also held roles with the National Australia Bank and with professional & IT services firms. Jeremy received a Masters in Finance from Macquarie University.
The leader of Rizing's HCM UK & Ireland operations is Joanna Murphy. Joanna has nearly 20 years experience HCM, working initially in HR in large multinational organisations before making the move to cloud-based HCM. She has invaluable experience working with project teams to achieve project objectives and ensure employee engagement. She was worked with clients such as Great West Life Europe, Allied Irish Bank, Carlsberg, McLaren and Novo Nordisk.

As is the Chief Executive Officer of Rizing HCM, Jodi leads the development and implementation of Rizing HCM's global strategic plan, focusing on maximizing revenue and profit. Jodi has 20+ years of leadership experience in the HCM space with a focus on implementation and services. Prior to joining Rizing, Jodi was with SAP SuccessFactors leading the global cloud support for HCM. Most recently, Jodi led the Customer Service, Support and Innovation Business Transformation Office at SAP. Her past experience includes executive roles at NGA Human Resource Management, Ceridian, PwC, Spherion and ADP. Jodi holds a Bachelor's of Science from The Ohio State University and an MBA from DeSales University. Jodi is focused on developing long term relationships with strategic customers while driving the growth of the HCM business.

Ms. Obi is the Chief HR & Transformation Officer of Rizing. She leads the Human Resources, Business Transformation and Operational Excellence functions across all lines of business, including acquisition integration, and the implementation of key strategic initiatives across Rizing globally. Ms. Obi has over 17 years of experience in the human capital management and SAP consulting industries, where she has held a variety of consulting and general management positions. She has a proven track record in transforming businesses and optimizing processes to ensure companies meet their strategic objectives. Ms. Obi holds a masters degree from the University of Cambridge. She is passionate about building long-term relationships with internal and external customers and ensuring that Rizing is a great place for all our employees to work.
Len Harms is the Chief Experience Officer for Rizing. He is responsible for working with Rizing's Executive Team to optimize the customer experience with a goal of ensuring that our customers continue to receive a level of high performance across all our brands. Len will also take a critically important role in the leadership of Rizing's internal implementation of S4 HANA Cloud (S4C) and Cloud for Customer (C4C) under Project Bedrock. Before joining Rizing, Len was the Chief Strategy Officer for Vesta where his responsibilities included strategy development, and identifying new business opportunities in the market. Len is SAP certified in a number of solutions including Materials Management and workflow. He has over 25 years of industry experience as a project manager, logistics and maintenance manager. Prior to joining Vesta, Len spent 10 years with SAP as an Executive Solution Engineer for Utilities, and Solution Manager for Enterprise Asset Management. As a recognized expert in SAP EAM, Len is a frequent featured speaker at industry events and seminars. Len is committed to building long term relationships with customers by helping them maximize their investment in SAP.
Martin Stenzig is the Chief Technology Officer for Rizing. He is responsible for driving Innovation by combining the latest Technologies with Rizing's subject matter expertise to generate measurable benefits to our customers. Before joining Rizing, Martin was the North American President of Rizing's Enterprise Asset Management line of business (formerly known as Vesta Partners) where he lead the growth of products and services within the North America market. Martin has managed several large implementation projects all across the globe. He has worked closely with customers throughout his career to build solutions in the SAP eco system.

Matthew Davies leads Rizing's HCM North America Organization. He has over 15 years of HCM experience working with IBM, Presence of IT and Rizing in a number of leadership roles including consulting, program management, operations, sales, and business development. Matthew is passionate about the HR industry and is inspired to lead an ecosystem leading team drive value and transformation for Rizing's Customers across the region. Clients that Matthew has worked with include Starbucks, Costco, Sephora, Molson Coors, Bombardier Recreational Products and Sobeys.
Mr. Maiolo is Chief Executive Officer of Rizing. He leads the development and implementation of the company's global strategic plans and focuses on maximizing revenues and profitability. Prior to his current role, Mr. Maiolo was the Chief Executive Officer of Vesta, a Rizing Company, which is now Rizing's EAM division. He has over 20 years of experience with manufacturing companies and enterprise asset management consulting services. Before joining Vesta, Mr. Maiolo was with Spinnaker Venture Partners where he focused on helping early stage technology companies develop their business strategies and bring products to market. Mr. Maiolo has served in a variety of general management positions in the forest products industry and has a BA from Bucknell University. Mr. Maiolo is focused on developing long-term working relationships with strategic customers while driving growth in the business through ensuring that all Rizing company service offerings bring financial benefit to their respective clients.

Noel Fagan is the Chief Executive Officer of Rizing EAM. He leads the development and implementation of its global strategic plans and focuses on maximizing revenues and profitability. Leveraging over a decade in EAM system implementations across industry verticals, he has been able to staff, direct and deliver on Rizing EAM's largest projects without fail. Noel has delivered unique solutions in daily, weekly, and outage scheduling using a combination of SAP Project System and Plant Maintenance Modules. He also makes use of more than a decade as a Naval Officer in diverse areas of maintenance management practices, shipyard overhauls, and supply chain logistics to motivate project members and drive engagements. Prior to his current position, Noel held responsibility for the Transportation and Linear Assets program at Vesta Partners. He worked directly with industry leaders in North America to propose functionality and has participated in several forums and testing opportunities with SAP's Industry Business Unit (IBU) supporting linear functionality.
Peter Dunford is responsible for growing the presence of Rizing EAM's products and services throughout the Asia Pacific markets. Peter is a management professional with a strong people focus developed through 23 years experience in a large global resources company, followed by 20 years consulting internationally as part of ERP, asset management, organizational development and IT focused companies. He has proven abilities in implementing change and driving business outcomes through leadership of people and teams in industrial and corporate environments. This includes program director and project management roles in large scale ERP Implementations as well as leading significant business change programs involving ERP Systems, particularly SAP. Throughout his career, Peter has worked/consulted globally and has chaired and spoken at numerous asset management, maintenance and SAP conferences over the last 25 years. He is a driving force to help organizations achieve their vision for asset management, operations, and maintenance.
Philip Vallie is responsible for leading the growth of Rizing EAM products and services within the North America market. In addition, he manages all operational and business development aspects. Philip has spent his entire career in the professional services business, working for customers in a variety of industries. Prior to joining Rizing, he was an EAM consultant for GenesisSolutions and an information analyst for Electronic Data Systems. He is committed to safeguarding Rizing's reputation of delivery excellence by staffing projects with knowledgeable, qualified and dedicated professionals who will ensure customer objectives are achieved. His areas of focus are HRIS, Project Management, Industry best practices in HR, Solution Architecture and Cloud Platforms.

Mr. Hatcher is President of Rizing Consumer Industries, where he leads the development and implementation of strategy for services and product offerings. He has over 25 years of SAP solution and implementation experience, providing advisory services, solution design, and integration management to customers across the SAP CI market. Prior to joining Rizing, Steve was a Vice President with SAP, focused on strategy and implementation for one of SAP's largest global retail customers. He holds an B.S. in Accounting and System Design from Louisiana State University. Steve is focused on developing long-term relationships with strategic customers while driving growth in the Consumer Industries business.
