We can advise on the sale, letting or acquisition of offices, retail units, business sales and industrial premises... We have worked with Spratt's for many years as agents for the landlord. More recently we asked Phil Heckels to find an alternative premises for our business. Our needs are quite complex but Phil understood the brief and made concerted efforts over many months to find premises that would meet our requirements, exactly. He then guided us through the process liaising with landlords, freeholders and solicitors until we secured the lease on terms that allowed us to refurbish to our requirements. He was patient, efficient and professional at all times and we are delighted with our new, town centre base...
