As a practicing lawyer for 40 years, Jim O'Connor devoted his practice to construction and construction insurance-related matters. For the last 25 years, Jim has provided ADR services to the Construction Industry, serving as an arbitrator in dozens of construction disputes and mediating myriad construction and construction insurance matters. He has represented engineers, general contractors, specialty contractors, owners, and designers in contract formation and construction disputes throughout the United States. As of January 1, 2019, he retired from the active practice of law to concentrate on delivering alternative dispute resolution services to the Construction Industry...
