She served as the consulting director of Gridsum Technology and the senior product manager of PingAn's legal technology section.
Jasen Li is a partner at Merits & Tree. Prior to joining Merits & Tree, Mr. Li has respectively worked at JunHe Law Firm and Zhonglun Law Firm for many years.
Jean Zhu is a partner at Merits & Tree. Prior to joining Merits & Tree, Jean worked as a core team member for Pinsent Masons Alliance for years and temporarily worked at Pinsent Masons London Office during that period of time. Jean also worked respectively as a senior associate and counsel for JunHe LLP and Herbert Smith Freehills JLO for years.
Jean has a combined background with material, engineering and law. She also passed the CSDG (Certificate for Specialists in Demand Guarantees) exam. Jean specialises in construction and commercial dispute resolution. Jean is a commercial and construction dispute lawyer with particular experience in international and domestic construction, cross-border transactions, international trade, insurance, bond, products liability related disputes. Jing He is a partner at Merits & Tree. Prior to joining Merits & Tree, Ms. He was judge of two Intermediate People's Courts in Beijing with trial experience of 8 years.

Kai Liu is a partner at Merits & Tree. Prior to joining Merits & Tree, Mr. Liu had worked at the Commerce and Finance Law Offices, Boss & Young Attorney At Law.

Stone (Sitong) Huang is a partner at Merits & Tree. Before Joining Merits & Tree, Mr. Huang was a partner at Dentons LLP, a Senior Legal Counsel and Special Expert Counsel in Walmart China, and a senior associate at JunHe LLP.
