Caleb began working with the GB Financial Group part-time in 2005 and joined full-time in 2008. Caleb was brought on to further develop and expand the financial modeling, product analysis, and data-analysis at GB Financial.
Caleb joined the GB Financial Group in 2006. His role is focused on designing, structuring, implementing, and managing life insurance solutions for our clients. He built out GBFG's modeling system and in 2012 secured an exclusive product designed for long term traditional premium finance. He actively consults on life insurance product design, comparison, and analysis for Life Insurance Companies, banks, family offices, and insurance firms.
In 2010, he co-founded Windward Capital Partners to help GBFG become the first firm to vertically integrate expertise, design, and execution in both life insurance design and commercial financing. By securing exclusive lending relationships, WCP allows our clients to have access to the very best terms. In addition, WCP has become the leader in helping banks evaluate, structure, and manage the financing of life premiums.
In 2019, he co-founded Simplisure after a friend asked about term life insurance. Simplisure allows consumers to learn about term life insurance, price compare across high quality companies, and apply via a proprietary application process, all online.
Caleb earned his Chartered Life Underwriter, CLU®, from the American College of Financial Services. He graduated with honors from Gettysburg College in Gettysburg, PA and from IAU, Aix-en-Provence, France. In addition to his studies, Caleb worked to develop a chapter of the charity organization, "Circles of Support" in Gettysburg, which assists low-income single mothers in finding jobs and provides weekly community dinners with childcare. He continues to be committed to the cause.
Caleb and his wife, Suzanne, and their two sons live outside of Boston. He is fluent in French and is an active member of both The French Cultural Center of Boston and the Boston Sommelier Society. In his free time Caleb enjoys cooking, running, and free heel skiing.

Gwen began in the life insurance industry in 1993 as a career agent with Met-life. From there started her own firm, Baker Insurance and Financial Associates, that focused on overall financial planning for women and small business owners. Gwen wanted to be able to provide clients with multiple choices of carriers as well as assist them with financial planning. She developed very close strategic partnerships with several law firms and CPA firms in the area to help her clients obtain the best overall financial advice possible, including legal advice, trust work, and tax planning. Working with attorneys, she helped clients set up CRT's, CRUT's, and other charitable plans including the Wealth Replacement trusts that provided life insurance as a replacement for assets given away. Her expertise in life insurance planning in the realm of large and complex estates is known within the industry. She believes strongly in the benefit those insurance solutions provide to the clients she and the firm work with. She is a graduate of Pine Manor College and Simmons College with a degree in Journalism. Gwen is an avid runner and participates in numerous road races, raising money for various charities as well as improving her own health and stamina. She is a member of AALU, Chicago NAIFA, Women in Financial Services, and was elected a member of the Wellesley Town Meeting. She volunteers in Homeless Shelters in Chicago and Boston. She also actively attends Opera, symphony and cultural and philanthropic events and enjoys foreign travel whenever possible.

Born and raised in southern New Jersey, Jackie founded and managed her own successful business in 2001 and became associated with the GB Financial Group in 2004. In 2007 she joined GBFG on a full time basis.
Born and raised in southern New Jersey, Jackie founded and managed her own successful business in 2001 and became associated with the GB Financial Group in 2004. In 2007 she joined GBFG to oversee and manage the concierge-style underwriting system that GBFG relies upon. Her extensive experience assures that the underwriting process is as smooth and unobtrusive as possible, allowing our clients to implement their plan without affecting their plans. Jackie serves as a streamlined, single point of contact for clients, providing them a direct partner who is there throughout the underwriting process.
Jackie was a distinguished member of the Women's organization, "Soroptomists, International". She has served and held office on numerous parent committees for her children's schools, sports groups, and scouting associations. She also serves as a volunteer for "Toys for Tots", Forgotten Soldiers Outreach, United Way and Coastal Cleanup organizations.
She is mother of three children, has two grandchildren, and enjoys boating and fishing with her family.
