Alexander W. Cloonan is an associate attorney at Crossman & McNamee, LLC, and a graduate of the University of Dayton School of Law, where he was Vice President of the Student Bar Association and a staff writer for the school's law review. He also earned his Bachelor of Arts in political science and Latin American studies from Miami University, where he was a member of the Amicus Curiae Pre Law Society. He externed at a Dayton, Ohio law firm before coming to Crossman & McNamee, LLC to become a law clerk, eventually working his way up to become associate attorney.

F. Ann Crossman is a founding partner at Crossman & McNamee, LLC. A graduate from the University of Dayton School of Law, she's practiced law for over 30 years, helping families with their divorce matters and also performing civil litigation involving employment and corporate matters. Ms. Crossman has belonged to a variety of organizations over the years, including the Dayton Bar Association, the Family Law Committee as a former chair, the Ohio State Bar Association, and more. She's devoted to helping Greene County families sort through their issues and come to agreeable solutions.

Matthew J. Barbato is a graduate of Xavier University and the University of Dayton School of Law who has practiced domestic relations and family law for over 18 years. He has also been certified as a Guardian Ad Litem in the State of Ohio since 2015. Mr. Barbato has litigated family related matters in Greene County Domestic Relations Court and the Greene County Juvenile Court, along with Courts throughout the State of Ohio. Mr. Barbato is a member of the Greene County Bar Association, serves as Counsel for the CASA program with the Greene County Juvenile Court, and volunteers for the Pro Se Workshop provided by the Montgomery County Domestic Relations Court. Mr. Barbato also practices Criminal Defense law at the Federal, State and municipal court level and is a member of the Ohio Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He is dedicated to his clients and finds solutions to their issues.

Michael P. McNamee concentrates his legal practice in municipal law, public sector law, complex commercial litigation and transactions, construction, commercial real estate, zoning, and eminent domain. He is equally confident and adept in the courtroom and the boardroom, handling business, transactional, and litigation matters with ease.
Michael's unique skill set follows from serving as Law Director for the City of Englewood, special counsel to Sinclair Community College, general counsel for the Home Builders Association of Dayton and the Miami Valley, and as counsel to many businesses and major real estate developers.
Michael has extensive background in structuring large-scale commercial transactions, including drafting multi-layered contracts and negotiating complex agreements. His litigation experience encompasses state and federal cases at the trial and appellate levels and includes jury trials, bench trials, arbitration hearings, and mediations.
