In 2014 the National Association of Fugitive Recovery Agents and the National Association of Bail Enforcement Agents merged into one organization (the NAFRA). The association plays a vital role in protecting the future of the industry by promoting professional standards and managing public relations. We strive to ensure that the media has a balanced perspective of our industry, and we work closely with lawmakers to provide advice about legislation that governs licensing and other regulations.
