To this end, Comitti North America has established a facility in Lake George. A number of boats from the Comitti range have been ordered and will shortly be available for inspection at the new facility. As production of these hand crafted boats is very limited, we encourage advance orders and deposits on incoming ordered models. Boat Show demo models are also available... Established in 1956 besides the shores of Lake Como, Mario Comitti was one of the pioneers in building stylish wooden "runabouts" - embodying the La Dolce Vita. Performance of the boats were initially proven through racing success and although the focus over time has changed to producing boats with unrivalled luxury for more sedate pursuits, the superlative engineering associated with Comitti remains undiminished.
