Foresight Group LLP has been authorised as a Full-Scope Alternative Investment Fund Manager ("AIFM") with the Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA") since 2001 and the US Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") since 2021 and acts as AIFM and Investment Adviser to various funds across the Infrastructure and Private Equity divisions of the business.
