Here at Alder Hey Children's Charity we raise vital funds to help make Alder Hey Children's Hospital a truly world-class, patient-friendly hospital for the 450,000 children and young people we care for every year... Our amazing NHS clinicians work around the clock to treat over 900 patients every day at Alder Hey. We are committed to supporting our NHS Foundation Trust to purchase the very latest equipment. Last year, a grant of £400,000 was used to purchase high end precision telemedicine robots, enabling specialist expertise to be accessed remotely for complex clinical cases.
