Allison D. Kimball

Allison is a Partner and Senior Vice President of Solar/Energy Engineering. Ms. Kimball has over twenty years of experience in the engineering field and has successfully led and designed projects in both Solar and MEP engineering. With her extensive experience in the industry, she is highly skilled at project and client management, team leadership, and business development. Allison's role as an engineering team leader for solar has helped KMB to be recognized as a top solar engineering design firm. In this capacity, she has been responsible for the design and production management of hundreds of projects, coordinating all design and production staff. She is experienced with designing a variety of photovoltaic installations, from small commercial systems to large utility scale systems. Ms. Kimball understands the balance between meeting clients' needs and designing a safe and cost effective system, and works closely with her clients to achieve a successful completion on even the most challenging projects. Allison's strong organizational and communication skills, in addition to her attention to detail, result in the production of quality construction documents while meeting aggressive deadlines. Allison earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Rutgers University, and is a licensed professional electrical engineer in 8 states.

Bruce W. Bowe

Mr. Bowe was a Certified Public Accountant who started his accounting career by working for several years at an international accounting firm. Mr. Bowe was responsible primarily for building out the organization and providing financial discipline to the Company serving as the Chairman and CEO. Mr. Bowe was a leader with extensive experience in growing and building effective organizations. Mr. Bowe was a member of the New Jersey Society of CPAs and the American Institute of CPAs. Mr. Bowe also had an MBA degree.

Kristin L. Heyser

Kristin Heyser is a results driven professional who applies focus on quality and efficiency to each project she takes on. She has over 20 years' experience in the industry within telecommunications, outside plant engineering, MEP engineering and the supporting business operations. Kristin began her career with a traditional MEP firm providing engineering drawings to major telecommunications corporations and contributing to the design of various mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems within commercial and institutional buildings. As her career developed, she found a passion for technology and used that passion to help streamline processes in her everyday work. She was also able to share her knowledge with co-workers, providing formal training to over 100 employees on various software programs. Since 2003, Kristin has had a significant role in the operations management of engineering design services. She successfully managed the production of over 250 projects for generator and battery backup solutions in NYC and later worked with a team of engineers, designers and drafters providing Fiber Services to major telephone companies. While her primary role is to concentrate on the company's overall operations, she continues to provide support on the firm's high volume projects to help enhance productivity, quality and profitability. In her current role as Senior Vice President of Operations, Kristin leads the HR, IT and Finance departments. Her career path has enabled her to contribute to the business in various roles giving her the hands on experience needed to make sound decisions regarding technology, policy and process improvements. Kristin works to improve the coordination and communication between support and business functions by enhancing reporting, information systems and resource management. Kristin earned a BS in Commerce and Engineering from Drexel University.

Mark L. Worthley, Sr.

Over the course of a 35 year career in the Electrical Construction, Design & Engineering Fields, Mr. Worthley has been involved in virtually all phases of the industry. This involvement ranges from project managing multi-million dollar construction projects to executive level management & implementation of national engineering contracts with some of the nation's largest contractors and corporations. Key projects: Mr. Worthley has been licensed by the State Board of Electrical Examiners for over 20 years and holds an active electrical license, which allows KMB to confidently pursue & provide Turnkey Design/Build Projects. In addition, Mr. Worthley serves as Chairman of the Communications Committee of the US Green Building Council (Central Jersey Chapter).

Stephen A. Bray - CEO, President

Mr. Bray is a licensed professional engineer in 50 states and is a member of the National Society of Professional Engineers and the Institute of Industrial Engineers (Senior Member). Mr. Bray has extensive knowledge of process analysis, graphical analysis, statistical tools and other observation techniques to analyze workflow, operation sequences, facility layout, and information systems. His combination of both internal and external business skills equip Mr. Bray to be an effective leader that drives KMB to achieve its goals of client satisfaction and continuous improvement. In addition to his role of President and CEO of KMB Design Group, Mr. Bray serves on the Industrial Advisory Board for the Rutgers University School of Engineering and on the School of Education's Dean's Advisory Council for Monmouth University. He also serves on the Planning Board and is a Councilman in West Long Branch, NJ and serves as the chairman of the Finance and Administration Committee. Mr. Bray has a BS and MS in Industrial Engineering from Rutgers University and a Masters of Business Administration from Monmouth University.

Stephen Banks

A proven Civil/Structural Engineer and Executive with experience in both the United Kingdom and the USA, Mr. Banks brings a wealth of diverse knowledge to the KMB team. In addition to his strong mainstream engineering background, Mr. Banks has provided consultation on over 20,000 wireless telecommunication installations within Europe and the USA and is on the Board of Directors for the New York State Wireless Association. Prior to his telecommunications experience, Mr. Banks was the lead Design Engineer and Project Manager for the $2.5M ground stabilization and renovation of Linton Lock (circa. 1774). He was also Senior Project Engineer for the renovation of the Rochdale Canal, a $48M project involving the design of new highway bridges, navigation locks, swing bridges, and tunnels including the new canal crossing beneath the M62 Motorway, which is regarded as one of the busiest highways in Europe. Mr. Banks earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from University of Sunderland and is a member of the Institution of Civil Engineers, the Engineering Council, and The American Society of Civil Engineers and is a licensed Professional Engineer in the United Kingdom.

Steven M. Fox

Steve is Partner and Senior Vice President of MEP Engineering. With almost thirty years in the field of MEP building engineering, Steve's experiences span many different market sectors and varied system installations. Steve oversees everything from design concept through construction and leads multi-discipline teams in complex renovations connecting to base-building central plant systems as well as new construction retail and mixed-use centers, municipal buildings, supermarkets, restaurants, hotels, cafeterias & kitchens, warehouse & industrial facilities, etc. Steve is also well suited to handle a variety of LEED projects, having experience with LEED NC (new construction) and LEED CI (commercial interiors). He is recognized by clients and project team members as being an exceptional, well organized, and responsive Client & Project Manager, in addition to ensuring practical, high-quality MEP system designs. He has managed a multitude of projects for Architects, Real Estate Developers, Retailers & Operators both large & small.

Steven Strieffler

With 30 years of diverse engineering experience, including over 15 years of telecom experience, Steve provides focused leadership on all projects, from engineering to client management and through construction. His leadership guides the team as they assist all major carriers, tower owners and developers with infrastructure expansion and maintenance, as well as helping new clients and smaller members of the telecom industry get started in this competitive and fast-paced environment. Steve started his engineering career in the design and manufacture of telecom equipment, so he has a unique understanding of the balance between good engineering design, cost effectiveness, and constructability. This balance allows him to work well with fellow engineers, contractors, township inspectors, attorneys, and all other members of the telecom world. During his tenure at KMB, Steve has played an integral role in the development of thousands of macro and small cell sites in the Northeast and throughout the US. He has been involved with a multitude of scenarios, including new carrier deployments, small cell advancements, structural repairs, and zoning applications. Steve also supports KMB with business development to continually broaden KMB's client base and to ensure there is a robust, diverse, and ever-expanding set of projects for KMB.
