J N Properties was born out of a love for historic homes. We purchased & restored our first home right here in Five Points South​. Soon after we found ourselves wanting to dive into more restoration projects and purchased our first multi-family property right next door to our first home. Our love for historic homes is what motivates us and keeps us focused on providing exceptional, historic properties today. We continue to live & work in the area... We pride ourselves on providing friendly, personal service. We own and manage all of our properties and live (& work) in the neighborhood where our properties are located. We are invested in the neighborhood and in you!
