As a manuscript, Contract Parole is simply a written tool that offers a wise solution to a longstanding problem of great concern. But as an organization by the same name, Contract Parole is a subsidiary of Ephesians 4:28 Ministries, Inc., a Christian 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization whose mission is to help troubled children and adults... Applied, and applied properly, Contract Parole is the best possible means to ensure that inmates leave prison both qualified and likely to be productive members of society. This in turn means that, properly applied, Contract Parole is the best possible insurance against recidivism... Our mission is to make lawmakers and citizens throughout our country aware of this concept and work to see it implemented in every prison system in the United States of America. A more promising method does not exist, and our country is hurting itself by accepting anything less than the full application of it.
