Climate Change Counsel is a think-and-do-tank committed to accelerating climate change solutions through law. As part of a project to strengthen judicial capacity towards sustainable economic development in Asia and the Pacific, Climate Change Counsel is working with the Asian Research Institute for Environmental Law to explore the feasibility of a regional body for environmental dispute settlement in the Pacific region. The aim is to achieve enhanced environmental and climate justice across the region. The project is a collaboration between the United Nations Environment Program (UNEP), the Asian Development Bank (ADB), and the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN)...
