Mr. Jiji John is a Technocrat turned Business Operations Professional and now a Social Sector enthusiast, having over 22 years of extensive experience in Business Development, Project Management, Product Management, Operations and Service Delivery Management in the Telecom and Broadband companies. He has held various positions and roles spanning Escotel Mobile Communications Ltd., Sify Technologies Ltd. Asianet Satellite Communications Ltd., and Ortel Communications Ltd. He holds a PGDBM in Marketing from Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar (XIMB) and a degree of B.E. in Electrical and Electronics from Birla Institute of Technology, MESRA (BIT MESRA). His passion is to ensure education for all and to remove hunger. He wants to see to it that every child gets proper nutritional contents for their development and to build a healthy generation..
Mr. Partha Roy brings with him 27 years of experience in the social service sector. This not only proves his determination to help the needy but also his unmatched dedication to work for a cause. His previous work with Help Age India as a Regional Manager and Smile Foundation as a Regional Head helps him effectively execute his role as National Director, Resource Mobilization in Child Help Foundation.
Mr. Rajendra Pathak was born in the eastern part, studied in the northern part, initiates his career in the southern part and now resides in the western part of India. He is known for his unlimited energy and untiring efforts to see the culmination of any task undertaken. He is the Production & Industrial Engineer and an MBA Marketing holder with 20 years of experience in social entrepreneurship and resource mobilization.
At an early age, he was witness to the hardships faced by the poor and weaker sections of the erstwhile states. He understands the need for extra efforts by the society for the upliftment of the downtrodden. He believes education alone can make them realize their rights and only then they can tread on the roads of prosperity. So he emphasizes building newer and strengthening the existing infrastructure for education in the rural areas.
His dream project is to design a unique "sustainable livelihood program" for every village, and implement phase wise, based on the available skills and resources. He has also conferred with Mahatma Award from the Liveweek in New York City for social good 2018.
Mr. Shaji Varghese is a strong-willed person. His passion lies in the developmental work and core competency in cross-functional management with over 27 years of experience. He is skilled at recruiting, orienting, training and disciplining managers; by carrying immense expertise in developing strategies, objectives, and assigning accountability. Equally indulged in travel activities for corporate (MICE) and successfully accomplished the subsidiary objectives by establishing plans, budgets, and result measurement, allocating resources for the smooth operation. He truly believes and follows that 'Humanity is our religion' and henceforth wants to work tirelessly to ensure an educated, healthy and sustainable future for the weaker section of the society, and build a better tomorrow for today's children. He always thinks about team welfare and selflessly loves to work for underprivileged children. Last but not least he is an enthusiastic sports person, and traveler who always lives his life to make others happy.

Ms. Meena Lokhande is an experienced Senior Manager for Resource Mobilization with a demonstrated history of working in the non-profit organization management industry. She completed her MBA in Social Entrepreneurship in 2009 and has an experience of 15 years in the social sector. During her association with Child Help Foundation she never failed to showcase her skills in negotiation, business planning, operations management, business development, and forecasting. Previously she used to work as a Director of Barbhaya Orphanage for Hindu Girls and a Consultant for POSH training services in the corporate sector.
Mr. Varghese hails from a tribal belt in the state of Odisha. He used his MBA to have a very successful career in the corporate sector. After 15 action packed years, he chose to dedicate the rest of his life to the betterment of society and the country. Being an ardent traveler and having passion for the development of tribal populations made him undertake journeys to remote tribal dominated locations in India. Seeing first hand that many children are deprived of even the most basic needs, Mr. Varghese founded Child Help Foundation as the first step to achieving his goal of betterment of society. He firmly believes that "whatever you give, comes back to you a thousand fold."
