Ashok Janardhan Argade was born on the 10th of September, 1983, in Aurangabad, Maharashtra. His education began in Ahmednagar in 1988, where he completed his SSC with a score of 89% in 1998. He then joined the Industrial Training Institute in Aurangabad, where he completed a Pattern Maker Course in March 2000. He started his internship in 2000 at Crompton Greaves Ltd. and completed it in May 2001. Subsequently, he initiated a Mini Pattern shop at C-75 MIDC Waluj Industrial Area, covering only 100 sqft with an initial investment of Rs. 1500.
