Since joining I.T. Guru in 2014 as Joe's assistant, Deb has been instrumental in the transition to our focusing solely on veterinary IT support. Working remotely with our staff, she has long-term experience working in IT and understands the end-user view point.
Joe has more than 20 years of IT systems and services support experience. He started as a desktop technician in the early 90's and was promoted continuously throughout his career to a Sr. Systems Administrator and Team Lead for American Medical Response (AMR).
With almost two decades of experience in project and account management, Will has spent his career cultivating the skill set which has allowed the teams he has managed to achieve high levels of customer care.
