Charlotte has been an active member of the Florida Bar Entertainment, Arts, and Sports Law section (EASL), serving in a multitude of leadership positions, including as the 2016-2017 EASL Section Chair. Charlotte has spoken on numerous legal panels over the years for the ABA Forum on the Entertainment and Sports Industries, EASL, and North American Law Summit, and at various law school symposiums. In 2018, Charlotte started her first mermaid business teaching mermaid swimming classes and leading mermaid parties for kids and adults. Her students wore swimmable mermaid tail and fulfilled their dreams of transforming into mermaids. She is also lifeguard certified and performs as a professional mermaid with Mermaid Elle and the company AquaViva Productions, a division of Viva Entertainment. Charlotte is also a consultant for Fin Fun, the world's most recognized mermaid tail company. She is also Fin Fun's Mermaid University ambassador and spokesperson.
