June Peterson-Gleason

June Peterson-Gleason is regularly chosen by her peers to serve as a mediator for divorce, child support, child custody and alimony cases. She is frequently appointed by the Judges of the Circuit Court of Lake County to serve as guardian ad litem and/or child representative in disputed family law cases affecting the lives of minor children. Ms. Peterson-Gleason is a long-time member of the Lake County Bar Association, the Association of Women Lawyers of Lake County, the Volunteer Lawyers Program of Lake County and the Illinois State Bar Association. She works for the Administrative Office of the Circuit Court of Lake County, Illinois as a family law mediator, assigned to work at the courthouse at least bi-monthly.

Ted is the founder of the Law Offices of Thaddeus M. Bond, Jr. & Associates, P.C. Since opening the firm in 1996, Ted has worked with hundreds of clients in the Lake County area. Ted Bond, Jr. is a lifelong Lake County, Illinois resident. He graduated from Carmel Catholic High School in Mundelein in 1984 and attended Augustana College in Rock Island, Illinois on an academic scholarship. Ted was fortunate to play for three NCAA Division III national championship football teams. He completed his studies at the John Marshall Law School in only 2-1/2 years and graduated with honors. Ted has served on the Board of Directors at Carmel Catholic High School including two years as board chair. In March 2015, Ted was appointed to the Board of Directors of North Shore Trust and Savings, a 95 year old mutual bank. Ted also serves on the board of directors of the Special Recreation Association of Central Lake County Foundation, a fundraising arm for an organization which provides recreational activities for special needs children and adults. Over his career, Ted has handled thousands of real estate transactions, successfully completing the transfer of all manner of property. Whether dealing with residential, commercial or vacant property, Ted has an unsurpassed knowledge of the finer points of real estate law. Multiple Lake County based financial institutions entrust Ted to handle their mortgage foreclosure litigation as well as the sale of bank owned real estate. Ted began his legal career as house counsel for a large national insurance company. Since 1995, he has been engaged in private practice based in Lake County, Illinois. He has tried dozens of cases to verdict before judges, juries and administrative courts. Ted also has vast experience before the Appellate Courts of Illinois. In 1998, he argued before the Illinois Supreme Court, a rare experience for the small firm practitioner. Ted has extensive public speaking experience. Making presentations to professional groups, educational seminars and other lawyers, he is frequently the featured speaker at forums dealing with various issues of real estate law.
