A native of San Antonio, George Long has been in the financial services industry for ten years working for such companies as Northwestern Mutual Financial Network and Guardian Park Avenue Securities before joining MassMutual in 2007. Pulling from his education and experience, he enjoys helping his clients reach their financial goals while developing an enduring relationship with them.
George was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas, and graduated from Health Careers High School. After graduating from high school, he attended Baylor in Waco, Texas, where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in finance and marketing. He enjoys traveling, wine and fine dining. He also enjoys the theater, as well as working out.

Stephen Collins received his Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Missouri and his MBA from Ole Miss. As a FINRA registered General Securities and Municipal Bond Principal, he serves as the General Agent for MassMutual South Texas. Mr. Collins also holds a Certified Life Underwriting (CLU) and a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) designation.
While living in Mississippi, Steve was the General Agent of the Collins Financial Network. He served as President of Madison-Ridgeland Rotary Club, Chairman of Ole Miss Risk and Insurance Management Board, Chairman of St. Dominic Hospital Advisory Board and President of Madison County Habitat for Humanity. An Eagle Scout, he served on the Executive Board for the Andrew Jackson Council Boy Scouts of America.
As a native Texan, born in Kingsville, Steve returned to Texas in 2011 as General Agent of MassMutual South Texas in San Antonio. His civic involvement includes being a 2014 Leukemia and Lymphoma Society Man of the Year candidate, raising over $93,000 and is a 2021 National LLS All Star candidate. He is also on the board of trustees for the South Texas Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. Steve chaired the National Fundraising Committee for the Gamma Kappa chapter of Lambda Chi Alpha.
Steve is an avid pilot and enjoys restoring British cars, cycling and traveling with his family. He is involved in Angel Flight and the Snack Pak 4 Kids Leadership Team. He is a Patron of the San Antonio Museum of Art and a Witte Museum Quillan Society member. Steve is also a member of the Southeast Triumph Association, the San Antonio Jaguar Club and the American Bonanza Society. Married to the former Shannon Lurate, they have two daughters and enjoy making their home in Olmos Park.

Wayne Hake is an experienced financial services professional specializing in financial counseling and education. He has over twenty-five years of business experience in financial consulting, training, and management. Wayne is experienced in advanced business and estate planning, as well as an experienced financial planning seminar leader. He has also taught CFP Ò courses at the University of Texas at San Antonio's Center for Professional Excellence.
Wayne is a graduate of the University of Nebraska with a master's degree in finance and has completed additional post-graduate studies at the University of Texas at San Antonio in the areas of Accounting and Management. He holds the distinguished professional certifications of Certified Financial Planner™, Chartered Life Underwriter® and Chartered Financial Consultant® designations. Wayne also holds professional registrations for General Securities Representative (Series 7), Uniform Investment Adviser Law Examination (Series 65), General Securities Principal (Series 24) and Municipal Securities Principal (Series 53).
Wayne has received several industry and company awards for his sales, recruiting, training and sales management abilities. His professional memberships include the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors.
Wayne is also an Honor Graduate of the U. S. Army Command and General Staff College and was called to active duty to serve his country during the Persian Gulf war. He retired from the U.S. Army Reserves with the rank of Lieutenant Colonel.
