DEBORAH LEONARD

Deborah is fully conversant with the issues that confront successful businesses of today. Her experience and practical approach stem from projects such as setting up and managing an expanding and successful solicitors office. She utilised staff who had little or no experience within their field and proceeded to develop their latent potential. Deborah like all of us in Genesis recognises that a company's most important and valuable asset are its customers. Her recent work in supporting telephone based teams to develop and then hone their sales and communication skills has paid significant dividends to our clients. Her core motivation lies in seeing the hidden qualities in individuals and drawing them out to the benefit of both the individual and the client they are working for. During her time with Genesis working within the financial services and logistics industries she has demonstrated that she can quickly grasp the issues and then map out a suitable programme of activities that will be realistic, practical and challenging to her trainees. Deborah is married with three children and lives in Chelmsford.

HEATHER FRANCE

Heather is a Master Practitioner of the Brain Profile and your first point of contact at Genesis. She will be happy to discuss any aspect of our services if you contact us by telephone or email. Heather says she has always been curious about people and what makes them tick. She believes that understanding ourselves and the people around us is one of the most important skills we can have. She has been passionate about the Brain Profile since she first heard about it seven years ago. As a result of presenting the concept at a number of career guidance conferences around the UK this opened the door for her to introduce the Brain Profile into many schools both Primary and Secondary.

LINDA STEVENS

Linda has over 20 years of managerial and operational experience gained within the medical communications and Pharmaceutical industry. This is a highly client-focussed environment and a very competitive marketplace, requiring professional excellence. In her senior management roles as Editorial Director, and subsequently Operations Director, she lead and managed large teams of people providing a high quality service to major pharmaceutical companies cost-effectively and profitably. Linda has extensive experience of helping individuals of all ages, skills and experience grow and develop, reach their full potential and develop productive personal and working relationships. She is skilled in supporting teams and encouraging them to reflect on how they are working and improve their performance through the building of effective relationships, goal setting, clarity of roles and performance criteria, increased self-confidence and motivation, managerial/leadership "excellence", development planning and coaching.

NEIL FRANCE

Ten minutes in Neil's company and you realise why he's involved in developing people and businesses. A passionate believer in helping clients to improve their sales levels and profit through their people has resulted in Neil being recognised as a highly respected trainer and speaker at international conferences. That enthusiasm for improving performance has led Neil to develop strong long-term relationships with all of Genesis' clients. He is equally at home running a small tailored course to a family business as he is leading strategic workshops for boards of national and international companies.
