Working with his brother, Harold, Rusty continued to grow and expand the company into new markets, establishing Diamond as the technological leader in the perforating industry... Today, Diamond Manufacturing continues to develop and invest in the latest technology. We purchase more than 70 million pounds of steel each year from U.S. and foreign suppliers, and employ more than 380 employees in six manufacturing and stocking facilities located throughout the US.
