Since its inception, OCAC has remained committed to stellar service and delivery of award-winning public service programming that has resulted in more than $155,000 in awarded scholarships to graduating students, programming that services at-risk youth, programming enabling community members to have access to tools and services that will provide them with financial freedom, along with resources to improve their physical and mental health.
