Vinh T Ngo is dedicated to serving the community. He is an active community leader through his volunteer services. In addition to serving as the current Board President of the Garvey School District elected in 2017, Vinh is also the Board President of the Garvey Education Foundation (GEF) whose focus is to raise money for the local school activities benefiting students and teachers... Vinh T Ngo is a proud product of Monterey Park. Vinh's Chinese parents immigrated to the U.S. in 1979 from Vietnam and arrived in Monterey Park in 1980. He was promoted and graduated from Monterey Vista Elementary, Garvey Intermediate, Mark Keppel High School, and University of Southern California with Accounting & Finance degrees. He remained in Monterey Park: raising two children who are also alumni of Garvey and Mark Keppel... Monterey Park has always been home to Vinh, which provided opportunities for him to achieve his American Dream. Vinh wants to give back and pay it forward by further serving..
