The Venturing Firm started in 2006 and since then has worked with dozens of founders and their ventures. Individual team members have worked on start-ups from 2000. The team have hands-on experience with new ventures, complemented by professional and corporate backgrounds... We adopt lean and collaborative approaches to business modelling, rapidly iterating across design, data, modelling, analytics, options assessment and in-market experiments. As necessary, we produce formal outputs appropriate for use with boards, senior management, investors, investment committees and so on, including business plans, financial statements, investment memoranda and management reports.
