Dr Miroslav Reljanović - Chairman

Dr. Dragan Kovacevic

Dr. Dragan Kovacevic joined PrimeVigilance in May 2012 and has held various management positions in Primevigilance and throughout Ergomed group. He is the Vice President, Safety Data Management at PrimeVigilance, in charge of overseeing safety case management and literature surveillance. Dragan is also the managing Director for the Croatian, Serbian and German PrimeVigilance affiliates. Dragan has held various roles in safety data management, clinical and post-marketing. Prior to PrimeVigilance, Dragan worked at the British Embassy in Croatia where he held several management positions, the last two being Head of Finance and Head of HR. He has proven his managerial experience, most extensively in the areas of Human Resources, Business Administration and Office Management. Dragan is a doctor of Veterinary Medicine, a degree which he obtained at the Veterinary Faculty in Zagreb. He also completed various trainings in the fields of Business Management, Human Resources and Finance.

Valerie joined PrimeVigilance as Head of Global Project Management in 2021. Valerie oversees the optimal delivery of PV services and technology-driven solutions through our specialized PM business units. Valerie is a strong believer of strategic partnerships, once they are underpinned by executive engagement, effective governance and continuous evaluation of clients' satisfaction.

Igor Copot

Igor brings a strong background within pharmacovigilance and, in addition to case processing activities, he has supported literature screening, aggregate reports and operational management of projects. Igor joined PrimeVigilance in 2011 as a PV Associate where his main responsibilities included managing case processing activities. Over his tenure at PrimeVigilance, Igor's mastery of safety systems and platforms has been instrumental to our success. He is currently a PV Director, Head of Safety Data Management Department. Igor graduated from the Faculty of Pharmacy and Biochemistry in 2010, earning a Master's degree in Pharmacy and is a licensed pharmacist.

Jonathan Curtain - CFO

Jonathan joined Ergomed as Deputy Chief Financial Officer in November 2022, bringing with him extensive life sciences industry experience, having spent 13 years with ICON plc, a leading global CRO business listed on NASDAQ with a market capitalisation of $19 billion.

Keith Byrne

Keith is an experienced corporate executive with 20 years' global experience across the Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, and Financial sectors in key areas, including Investor Relations, Corporate Development / M&A, Finance, Corporate Strategy, Investment Analysis, Marketing, and Corporate Communications. Keith is a qualified Chartered Accountant, having trained with Deloitte in Dublin.

Lisa Strologo

Lisa serves as Vice President of Regulatory Affairs covering both Ergomed CRO and PrimeVigilance. She is also heading our PV Network and RA Intelligence & Analytics division, to ensure streamlining of QPPV and LCPPV operations.

Michael Spiteri

Michael has held a number of senior leadership positions in the consulting industry and financial services industry over a 25 year period. He specializes in helping organizations implement technology that transforms their business and operating models and is currently the Global COO for Digital, Data and Development in HSBC's Retail Banking and Wealth Management business. Michael was previously a partner at PwC and held senior leadership positions at Accenture and IBM. He was involved in the early stages of telematics and the development of automation technology and business models in insurance and telecoms. Michael has a degree in Mechanical Engineering and designed real-time computer solutions in the oil and gas industry in the early part of his career. Michael brings his extensive experience in technological innovation to help the Board develop Ergomed's business across digital, automation and machine learning.

Nina Lahanis

Nina Lahanis joined PrimeVigilance as in 2023 and brings a strong background in global pharmacovigilance, medical communications, regulatory compliance, medical education and technology.

Noelle Humphrey

Noelle is a pharmacovigilance and quality systems expert with over 16 years' experience, gained in a variety of positions across pharmaceutical business and service providers. Noelle joined PrimeVigilance in 2011, focusing on client Project Manager and moved to a quality focused role and led the PrimeVigilance quality group since 2012. Noelle has developed the PrimeVigilance quality activities to ensure the establishment of a focused and compliant quality management system and is continuing to drive improvements to PrimeVigilance's quality systems. In addition, she has supported several clients to improve their own quality systems.
