The UpValley Family Centers helps people acquire knowledge, skills, and resources and offers support in times of crisis. We work alongside community members and partner organizations to address systemic inequities and to create an environment for action and solutions... UpValley Family Centers provides guidance, support and resources in the community, in the home and for the individual, so that everyone can achieve a better life... The UpValley Family Centers of Napa County are the result of a merger between the Calistoga Family Center and the St. Helena Family Center. Our newly combined organization became official in February of 2014. The history of both centers is noted below.
