Rachel Chang is an artist-designer specializing in footwear and is also the recipient of the British Footwear Association (BFA) Award. She graduated in Fashion Women's Footwear Design from the Royal College of Art (RCA) and in Footwear Design from De Montfort University (DMU) in the UK.
