Brandon's M3 career began within M3 MEP's electrical department; he then transitioned to the plumbing and piping team. Today, Brandon is M3C's manufacturing foreman. His focus is on manufacturing, building multi-trade projects, and developing our team. Brandon oversees the day-to-day operations of the M3C's manufacturing facility, ensuring that the team is functioning at a high level and building quality products.
Outside of work, Brandon enjoys hunting, fishing, camping, and working on his truck.

Caleb has over a decade of experience in the lean manufacturing industry. Beginning his career as a welder and technical fabricator, Caleb's current role is manufacturing facility manager. He oversees operations and production while working diligently to drive lean principles into the company's products and culture.
Outside of work, Caleb enjoys spending time with his wife and children, visiting his family cabin in Truckee, going to the lake, mountain biking, and hunting.

Dan Carlton is the visionary behind Mark III's mission to lead the evolution of construction. As President and majority owner of Mark III Construction, he is responsible for all strategic and business aspects of the company. Dan has been the vision and strategic leader behind Mark III's Project Mountain and will stop at nothing until we have exposed the world to a new way to build.
A California State University, Sacramento alumnus with a bachelor's degree in construction management engineering, Dan brings more than 20 years of experience to his role, beginning his career in the industry as a fab shop welder for Mark III in 1999.
Outside of work, Dan enjoys flying his plane across the state, adventuring outdoors, hunting, fishing, and exploring with his wife and three children. Most weekends, you will find them at their home away from home on the Yuba River or up north at their lodge.

As Marketing Director, Keely Lambert oversees all internal and external communication, social media, advertising, and branding for M3 MEP, M3 Service, and M3 Components. A California State University, Chico alumnus with a degree in business administration and minor in graphic design, Keely also holds her Project Management Professional certification.
Outside the office, she can be found riding her Peloton, cooking, reading, and traveling with her husband and Luna, her Australian Shepherd.

Kent Ridgley is the director of operations for M3 Components. He has over 25 years of experience in the K-12, medical, industrial, civil, manufacturing, and commercial construction industries. He is passionate about building great things and continuous improvement to elevate people. He is highly skilled in leading process improvements, driving efficiencies, and reducing operating costs. He has a proven track record of team building, culture development, and coaching.
As director of operations, Kent oversees our manufacturing process and facility.

Lorenzo is one of the project managers within M3C. In his daily schedule, Lorenzo focuses on the optimization of workflow for M3C manufactured products and manages the company-wide ERP to foster high-efficiency and high-tech design-build concepts. Prior to his current role with M3C, Lorenzo gained six years' of experience working in the prefabricated building systems industry. Lorenzo proudly holds a certificate in Project and Quality Management, a BS in Mechanical Engineering, and an MS in Advanced Mechanical Engineering.
In his spare time, Lorenzo loves to experience new things. His current hobbies include fitness training, wine tasting, cooking, and anything outdoors.

Makayla Oei is the director of preconstruction for M3 Components. She has over 15 years of industry experience, from project engineer to project executive Makayla has overseen projects from concept to completion.
Since 2017, her focus has been building a productized approach to healthcare construction. She has completed multiple rounds of research and development, known as Project Mountain, and has successfully completed multiple projects utilizing M3C products.
Outside of work she enjoys golfing, cooking, visiting Tahoe, attending concerts, and spending time with her partner and dogs.

- Design and Innovation Manager
Nolan is passionate about computer design and industrialized construction. After initially joining M3 as a BIM modeler, Nolan steadily progressed to his current position as the design and innovation manager for M3 Components. In his present role, Nolan is responsible for modeling M3C's product lines: M-Pods and M-Panels. He also spearheads the adoption and implementation of cutting-edge software to improve production and efficiency.
Outside of work, Nolan enjoys fishing, woodworking, and designing 3D-printed tools and gadgets. Whenever he can, Nolan can also be found helping his friends and family with home improvement projects or repairs.
