XPand Design-Build was founded in 2008 by Samir Kandah, who holds a degree in Architecture from the Danish School of Architecture in Aarhus, Denmark, and is a licensed general building contractor in the State of California, with experience in: residential remodeling, new custom designed homes, interior design, tenant retail and warehouse improvements as well as solar power system design and installation. With our architectural background and construction experience we are able to offer our customers a one-stop shopping experience with The Design/Build concept. It is a step by step process that starts with preliminary design and ends with the handing over of the key. Guiding the customers through this process to a finished project that meets their expectations.
