Thrive Offices was founded in 2018 and is managed by Amanda Roman, LPC-MHSP, of Willow Counseling, PLLC. Having built her own private practice, a joint solo practice, and now a group practice in Nashville, she has learned the private practice world inside and out, including both its challenges and benefits. During her time at the joint practice, she rented empty office space to counselors and in the process came to realize she loved helping counselors succeed in establishing and growing their practices. Thrive Offices was born out of this desire to see others thrive.
