With 25 years of legal practice behind him, Antoni has focused his work and knowledge on civil and administrative law, with extensive professional experience in both areas.
In the private sphere, he has specialised in inheritance law (having been appointed Accountant-Participating Accountant in various legal proceedings), as well as in property law and construction law, with numerous interventions in contracting matters and in procedural actions before the courts.
Well versed in administration and local law, he holds a postgraduate degree in Town Planning and Land Planning Law from the University of the Balearic Islands (1997), and has been advising various town councils in Mallorca, also defending their interests before the Courts. In addition, for six years (2015-2021) he has been a member of the Insular Commission for Spatial Planning and Urban Planning, as well as of the Board of Directors of the Territorial Defence Agency of Mallorca. Gabriel has broad experience as an expert in procedural law before the courts, essentially in civil as well as criminal law cases. He has participated in numerous legal procedures and litigation on civil liability, inheritance, obligations and agreements, as well as on construction law. He has also taken part in several types of criminal lawsuits. Furthermore, he has provided advisory services to companies and commercial undertakings and taken part in arbitration procedures.
Gabriel has extensive experience as a proceduralist before the courts, essentially in matters of a civil nature as well as criminal law.

Mr Horst Sebastian Manger is a lawyer and Rechtsanwalt [German solicitor]. He obtained his legal degree in Germany and Spain and is a member of the bar and licenced to appear before the courts and tribunals of both countries. His specialty areas are: real estate law, urban planning law, corporate law, and inheritance for German citizens in Spain.
After obtaining his law degree and following two years of specialisation and obtaining his law degree in Germany, he began his professional career in a legal firm in Düsseldorf. He relocated to Mallorca in 1999, to work in a renowned legal firm with German clientele with investments in Spain.
He obtained the title of Spanish lawyer from the Ministry of Justice in Madrid in 2002, and since then has practically worked exclusively within the scope of Spanish law. From 2004 through 2015 he directed the Palma office of a large German law firm with offices in several countries. At present and from the Palma de Mallorca office he advises German and English-speaking clients and investors on the purchase/sale of real estate assets in Spain.
