Jordan Leventhal

Jordan Leventhal serves as Senior Vice President of Product at Reactivate and is a member of the Investment Committee. In his role at Reactivate, Jordan is responsible for product management, strategy, partnerships, customer origination, government and regulatory affairs, and community solar subscriber acquisition and management. Prior to joining Reactivate, Jordan led the Growth & Innovation team within the Office of the CEO at Invenergy, the leading privately-held global renewable energy developer, where he collaborated closely with the Invenergy executive team on growth strategy, strategic partnerships, joint ventures, international expansion, supply chain strategy, and other key strategic initiatives. During this time, Jordan also spearheaded Invenergy's efforts to develop the strategy and structure the joint venture which ultimately became Reactivate. Before leading the Growth & Innovation team, Jordan led Emerging Technologies on the Invenergy Strategy team where he was instrumental in the launch of several new business units and product offerings, including green hydrogen, distributed energy resources, electric vehicle fleet charging, long-duration energy storage, and offshore wind. Previously, Jordan worked as a management consultant in Deloitte's Strategy and Operations practice where he consulted for Fortune 100 electric utility and consumer goods companies on strategy, sustainability, and corporate restructuring engagements. Jordan holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Pittsburgh and is based in Chicago, Illinois.

Kelly Meyer

Kelly spent the first 5 years of her career as an environmental consultant for Weston Solutions before joining Invenergy in 2006 as a project engineer. Throughout the next 13 years Kelly held various positions on the wind engineering and project development teams, with key roles on dozens of wind and solar projects that became operational. As Vice President at Invenergy, Kelly managed and grew development, GIS and land teams at Invenergy. She is very proud of her reputation as a great manager and points to her Invenergy Woman of the Year award at Invenergy as one of her favorite accomplishments. Since 2019, Kelly has provided consulting services to the renewable energy industry, including managing solar and storage engineering teams, and most recently, assisting project management on a series of battery storage projects in AZ. Kelly holds a Bachelor's degree in General Engineering from the University of Illinois U-C and a Master's degree in Environmental Engineering from UC Berkeley.

Utopia Hill is the Chief Executive Officer at Reactivate. Utopia provides leadership and strategic direction to a diverse, rapidly growing, innovative team. In her role, she manages and fosters relationships with industry partners, businesses, and communities, while also growing the company to ensure positive environmental and social impacts to the communities served by Reactivate projects. Utopia previously served as Head of Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) at Reactivate and as Vice President of Renewables Construction for Invenergy. After beginning her career at General Electric, Utopia spent nearly two decades at Invenergy in roles within engineering, procurement, and construction. She has been involved in over10,000 MW of renewables projects including wind, solar and energy storage. Utopia has been recognized for her sharp intellect, detailed dedication to project execution, and ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Utopia previously served as the Board Vice-President for the Boys & Girls Club of West Cook County, where she actively worked to ensure STEM related programming was taught to the members, many from low-income and underrepresented communities. Utopia has a degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and has completed Executive Education coursework at Harvard Business School.
