Chambers Bistro is the brain child of Head Chef Steven Hadley, I wanted to provide a quality restaurant experience, fresh cooked and prepared food, in the heart of Minehead, at a reasonable price... We took over the café in November 2015 changing the name to ‘Chambers' we are building on the reputation and popularity of the café, offering home cooked Breakfast and Lunch Menus, whilst introducing the evening service... Being fully licensed, we offer a great selection of wines, beers, ciders and spirits to accompany your meal, or just to relax and enjoy an evening drink with friends.
