Alyssa Ingelido

Alyssa Ingelido serves as the Chapters and Membership Manager for Women of Renewable Industries and Sustainable Energy. In this role, Alyssa supports local chapters, manages member relations and growth, and works on the development and support of WRISE's Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Access initiatives on a national and local chapter level. Prior to joining WRISE, Alyssa has worked with several DC-area nonprofits, including the Global Council for Science and the Environment and the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Marketing, with a minor in Sustainable Business from Fordham University, Gabelli School of Business. In her undergraduate career, she was an active member of the Social Innovation Collaboratory, Women's Empowerment, and the New York Botanical Gardens. Outside of the office, Alyssa can be found writing her first novel, working on independent studies in philosophy and Italian, and pretending she can paint.

Anne Weisberg

Anne Weisberg is a recognized subject matter expert and thought leader on creating inclusive, high performing workplaces. As the Senior Advisor-in-Residence at WRISE, she works to advance the WRISE mission by fostering diversity, equity and inclusion in the clean energy sector. Anne is also an adjunct professor of management at the NYU-Stern School of Business, where she teaches inclusive leadership to both MBA students and executives. Prior to WRISE, Anne worked at the law firm of Paul, Weiss, BlackRock and Deloitte on women's leadership and talent management strategies, as well at two non-profit research organizations focused on women and work- the Families and Work Institute and Catalyst. She has written extensively on the topic of women and the workplace, including co-authoring the best-selling Mass Career Customization: Aligning the Workplace With Today's Nontraditional Workforce. Anne graduated from Harvard Law School and the College of Natural Resources at UC-Berkeley. Her commitment to clean energy started when she was a VISTA volunteer at the New Mexico Solar Energy Association in the late 1970s, and she is thrilled to bring that experience full circle with WRISE.

BECKY DIFFEN WRISE

Becky Diffen is a partner based in Norton Rose Fulbright's Austin office. She focuses her practice on mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, project development, and tax equity financings in the renewable energy industry. Becky has over 18 years of experience in the renewable energy industry and previously worked as a utility-scale wind power developer. Becky is a co-author of Wind Law, the first and only legal treatise focused on the wind industry. She has been recognized in Chambers USA, Law360 Rising Stars, and A Word About Wind's "Top 100 Legal Power List," among honors. In 2019 she received the Clean Energy Education & Empowerment (C3E) Initiative Law & Finance Award from the Department of Energy recognizing her nationally as a top lawyer advancing innovative clean energy financing solutions. Becky is a member of the board of directors of Women of Renewable Industries and Sustainable Energy (WRISE), as well as serving as chair of WRISE's national webinar committee, co-chair of the 2020 and 2021 WRISE Leadership Forums, and a member of the Advisory Board of the WRISE Austin Chapter. Becky is a magna cum laude graduate of Carleton College and earned her J.D. with honors from the University of Texas School of Law, where she served as Editor-in-Chief of the Texas Journal of Oil, Gas, & Energy Law and now teaches a class on renewable energy law as an adjunct professor.

DANIELA TOLEVA

Daniela is a member of the Renewable Power Group within BlackRock Alternative Investors (BAI). She is responsible for sourcing and executing new equity investments for the Global Renewable Power Fund platform and supporting existing renewable power portfolio investments. Prior to joining BlackRock in 2018, Daniela was an associate in the Project Finance group at Morgan Stanley, where she advised clients on debt transactions across the energy and infrastructure space, including power and renewables, midstream oil & gas, and the commodity sectors. Prior thereto, Daniela was an investment analyst at the International Finance Corporation, member of the World Bank Group, where she focused on principal lending and equity investments in the global power and transportation sectors. Daniela began her career in finance as an acquisitions analyst at the JBG Companies (now JBG Smith), a real estate private equity and developer platform based in Washington DC. Daniela holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a concentration in finance from the Wharton School, and a Masters of Business Administration and Masters of Arts in International Studies from the Wharton School and the Lauder Institute at the University of Pennsylvania.

Doseke Akporiaye

Doseke Akporiaye has an extensive career and executive experience that spans over 20 years, in Strategy and Business Development, Strategic Human Resources, Performance Management, Organizational design and Operations Management. She also has worked with and sat on Boards, bringing these experiences to bear on, and delivering value to, wherever she has served. Her experience and knowledge working in Oil & Gas, Renewable Energy, Telecom, IT and Financial Services, are invaluable. Before joining WRISE, she was the Managing Director of the Nigerian subsidiary of Oolu LLC and a member of the Executive Committee of the group company. Together with her team, she grew the business' geographic coverage from a single location to its nationwide presence in 3 years, deploying a national distribution and service delivery network. She also founded a boutique start-up and entrepreneurial-consulting firm which transforms ideas, irrespective of its stage of development, into competitive business realities. Doseke has successfully led/delivered several Strategy, Acquisition, Performance Management and Organizational Development projects. She is adept at partnering, advocacy, networking and building relationships with multiple and diverse stakeholders in government, private sector and special interest groups, to facilitate buy-in, change and the achievement of set objectives. Her vast personal network of professionals, business leaders, regulators, technocrats, development agencies and C suites across all key industries/sectors, will serve as an advantage to further the cause and objectives of WRISE. Elizabeth Kaiga

Elizabeth Kaiga is a transformational leader in the energy industry who has, for over two decades, developed and implemented innovative growth and client development strategies for national and global professional service firms. Elizabeth is currently Chief Commercial Officer at DNV, North America. In this role she leads commercial activities and manages customer relationships & quality assurance. Her work focuses on providing strategies and solutions to support an equitable global transition to safer, reliable, and sustainable energy. She also chairs DNV's Global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Board. Prior to joining DNV, Elizabeth led business development efforts for the Renewable Energy Practice at CohnReznick LLP. Elizabeth held similar positions within the Energy & Utilities Practice at Marsh & McLennan, Arthur Andersen LLP, and ICF Consulting. Elizabeth serves on the Board of Directors for Women of Renewable Industries & Sustainable Energy (WRISE). She also serves on the Board of Directors for Solar Sister, an organization that delivers clean energy solutions to off-grid rural communities in Sub-Saharan Africa, by leveraging a network of women entrepreneurs. Elizabeth is a strong supporter of diversity, equity & inclusion, and has received recognition in that capacity from the YMCA of Greater New York, the Houston Business Journal, and the U.S. Department of Energy. Elizabeth holds a Master of Arts Degree in Global Marketing from Emerson College.

GABRIELLE LYNN

Gabrielle Lynn is the Programs & Communications Manager at Women of Renewable Industries and Sustainable Energy. Prior to joining WRISE, Gabrielle worked for the Mascaro Center for Sustainable Innovation, where they initiated and supported community engagement and environmental justice programming, managed the Center's social media, and organized relevant data for the Center's ongoing research. She also serves as a mentor in the EnvironMentor's program, mentoring high school students from underrepresented communities in their pursuit of an education in the sciences. Gabrielle graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a degree in Environmental Studies and Global Studies. During her time in college, they worked as a student ambassador for the Office of Admissions - coordinating visits for prospective students and families, assisting in various social media campaigns, and serving as an advising member on the Office's first Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion committee. In 2017, she was a participant of the UN's 61st Commission on the Status of Women, and later received certification through the UN Development Programme on Greening Consumption and Production. Gabrielle is overjoyed to be joining the WRISE team and supporting the amazing work of women in the renewable energy sector! She currently resides in Pittsburgh, PA and enjoys yoga, running, and listening to way too many podcasts.

JULIA BOVEY

Julia Bovey has worked to expand renewable energy policy and projects from four perspectives: advocacy, federal and state regulatory, and project development. She currently directs external affairs for the Equinor Wind US portfolio, including the development of Empire Wind for New York, Boardwalk Wind for New Jersey, and Equinor's Massachusetts offshore wind energy lease off Massachusetts. Julia first worked on offshore wind in 2004, when she left a 15-year career in journalism to join the Conservation Law Foundation in Boston. At CLF, she helped advance public support and regulatory policy for New England's first proposed wind projects, as well as utility reform, cleaner transportation, and energy efficiency. These efforts lead to her appointment by President Obama to serve at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission as Director of the Office of External Affairs, where she worked to a gain the political and public support necessary to break down the regulatory barriers preventing renewables, energy efficiency, and demand response from fair access to electric markets. After Superstorm Sandy exposed the need to reform the electric grid on Long Island, Julia was appointed the first-ever Long Island Director of the New York State Department of Public Service, where she also worked on New York's nation-leading clean energy policy "Reforming the Energy Vision." Julia worked as an independent renewable energy consultant for one year before joining Equinor's Empire Wind project team. She holds a BA and an MS from Columbia University. She, her husband, and their sons live in New York City, and enjoy swimming and fishing off Long Island's unspoiled ocean beaches.

KATY BRIGGS

Katy Briggs is the Global Service Area Leader of DNV GL's Renewables Advisory services. In this role, she focuses on strategy, innovation, and the digitalization of DNV GL's renewables services, which help companies deploy, optimize and invest in renewable energy. Previously, Ms. Briggs led DNV GL's wind energy Asset Optimization group in North America, focusing on wind energy performance, turbine availability, reliability, cost modeling, benchmarking, and operations strategy assessment. Ms. Briggs has 15 years of technical experience, including 12 years in the renewable energy industry. She has a B.S. and Master's degree in Physics.

Lan Adair Sasa

Lan Adair Sasa is a Director at Enhanced Capital, the impact investing platform of P10 Holdings (NYSE: PX). Lan established her career at US Bank, as a leader in its Environmental Finance group. During her 11 years at US Bank, Lan served a multitude of roles, eventually becoming Vice President where she managed a tax equity underwriting and closing team and oversaw the deployment of over $5.6B of tax equity for 7.6GW of solar, wind and storage assets. With this background, Lan provides strategic perspective to deploy capital and best position investors for reliable and strong returns. Lauren Glickman

Lauren Glickman is VP of Marketing at Encore Renewable Energy and supports WRISE as a Communications Consultant. She helps to elevate the voices of the WRISE community across the industry. Lauren Glickman has over a decade of clean energy and climate change advocacy and campaign experience, and a successful track record for implementing winning social media and online strategies. As of the Fall 2013 Semester, Lauren is an adjunct professor at The George Washington University School of Media and Public Affairs, teaching undergraduate, graduate and executive education courses and seminars on social media theory and practice. She has worked at the American Wind Energy Association (AWEA) where she was responsible for the re-design, re-launch and management of AWEA's social media program and online advocacy portal. Traffic to PowerofWind.com increased 40,000 percent in the first six months after re-launch, and Lauren's work earned AWEA a spot in the top 10 social media savvy trade associations. She also developed and implemented best practices for social and online engagement of AWEA industry members and advocates, taking engagement rates from below average to 4 times above industry standards. This growth in online engagement ran in-parallel to a successful list growth campaign that increased online subscribers ten-fold. Prior to AWEA, Lauren worked on clean energy issues and environmental campaigns across the United States. In 2011 she wrote and achieved passage of the Virginia Voluntary Solar Resource Development Fund Act of 2011 that promoted solar energy projects for homeowners and utilities in the state. Lauren graduated from Tulane University with a dual degree in English and Environmental Policy. When not tweeting or instagramming awkward moments, Lauren enjoys cooking, bluegrass, horseback riding and triathlons. She is an amateur equestrian and keeps her horse George in Upper Marlboro, MD.

E'Lon Cohen Hall is the Director of Operations and Programs at Women of Renewable Industries and Sustainable Energy. In this position, E'Lon assists the WRISE team with program and volunteer management, fundraising, events, and administrative tasks. Prior to joining WRISE, E'Lon began her career in the renewable energy industry working as a Project Coordinator for the start up OwnEnergy. She supported Own's development team, local partners and overhauled the management of the company's land management system. In 2015, OwnEnergy was acquired by EDF Renewable Energy and E'Lon became an Associate Project Developer. In this role, she worked closely with landowners, local partners and local community members to assist in the development of several wind farms across the U.S. E'Lon spent a considerable amount of her early career working for several non-profit organizations including Fordham Bedford Children's Services and Communication for Social Change Consortium and serving systemically excluded populations and communities. E'Lon has a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Washington and Lee University and a Master's degree in Urban Studies from CUNY Queens College. E'Lon is a Bronx, New York native and lifetime member of the Girl Scouts of Greater New York. She enjoys yoga, travelling and spending time in the city with her son and daughter.

At Google, Neha built out and led the team developing electric infrastructure and electricity procurement for the global fleet, covering dozens of sites over four continents. Key achievements include making Google the largest corporate buyer of renewable energy in the world, and the first company of its size to achieve 100% renewable energy for operations, which it has done since 2017. In addition, Neha has held leadership roles at Pacific Gas and Electric, and worked as an investment banker at Goldman Sachs. Neha also currently sits on the Board of Directors for Electriq Power, a provider of home battery solutions. Raheleh Folkerts

Partnering with diverse community organizations and underserved populations directing access to care, current information and affordable services. Randa is thrilled to direct her fundraising experiences to support the advancement of women in the growing renewable energy industry. Randa obtained her Bachelor's degree in Communications from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and completed her Master's degree in Media Ecology at New York University. Shanaya Byrd

Shanaya Byrd is the Administrative Manager at Women of Renewable Industries and Sustainable Energy. Shanaya supports WRISE in managing the logistics, organization and coordination of the team and its board members. Prior to joining WRISE, Shanaya began her career in data migration, integration and management. She worked for a few startup e-commerce organizations such as Amazon, Quidsi, Store No. 8 (Jetblack) and American Express; Plenti Rewards system. Shanaya aided in the end to end analytics and organization of data content and repositories. More recently, she worked for the Environmental Protection Agency as a data specialist managing the documentation of generated hazardous waste disposal throughout New York, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands. Shanaya has a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Minor in Criminal Justice from Lincoln University of Pennsylvania. Shanaya is a Brooklyn, New York native. She enjoys CrossFit with aspirations of lifting competitively in categories of Deadlift and Front Squat. She loves traveling and watching all her saved docuseries spanning from world history to historical crime.
