Entremettier was formed in 1992 by Vince O'Brien and Richard Francis, both having had experience in the Fruit and Vegetable business since the late seventies... Based in New Covent Garden, we sell wholesale fruit and vegetables, alongside a comprehensive range of prepared produce and specialised dry goods. We supply hotels, restaurants, clubs and directors dining rooms in London, the Home Counties and the South East. Offering a vast product range and providing the highest quality and service to our customers... We operate from our distribution centre located in New Covent Garden Market and with produce arriving from the continental markets we are able to offer a vast product range at a minimum cost, to provide the highest quality and service to our customers.
