Especially we can provide expertise from user point of view to implementation projects and operative use... We have helped our customers to develop their procurement processes and find new ways to implement e.g. innovative procurement methods to meet organization strategy goals... I worked 30 years in Finnish Police Forces on several expert positions finally as CIO of Police Dept. and the CEO of Police Technical Centre. I was involved in several domestic and EU Law Enforcement and Public Safety projects. Before my career on Police, I was working as a certified Radio Officer on merchant ships.
