The Charlotte's Finest Legacy Foundation is the result of a collaborative effort designed to honor the memory of Charlotte's Fallen Heroes by furthering their Legacy through the pursuit of higher education... Charlotte's Finest Legacy Foundation is excited to announce the 2017 CMPD Officers Clark and Shelton Scholarship Opportunity. These scholarships were created in memory of CMPD Officers Clark and Shelton who were killed in the line of duty on April 1, 2007.
