HORSHAM REFUGEE SUPPORT GROUP

We have a team of around 40 volunteers who offer befriending services and support with learning English, as well as homework support for children and young people. We keep in contact with groups and individuals across the district to get them involved when needs arise. We deliver talks and presentations to those who want to know more about refugees and how to support them locally... We have a team of "hands-on" volunteers who work with clients, and a core team of volunteers who run the group. Our volunteers do a range of activities including Administration, Befriending, Conversation, Deliveries, Education, Family support… everything from A-Z!
