BOMA also addresses racial disparities in ad spending by educating ad buyers and agencies on current strategies that grow market share and build audience loyalty... BOMA is also committed to consistently delivering quality media content, events, film/video production and campaign strategies for brand marketers... The Black Owned Media Alliance (BOMA) was formed to create advertising and marketing solutions while consulting businesses, ad agencies and buyers regarding alarming spending disparities with Black owned media outlets. BOMA aims to help marketers understand how to tap into the incredible demographic in the Black and Afro-Caribbean communities that often help increase sales and loyal patronage.
