Our name, 8 Bridges Workshop, was inspired by the eight distinct bridges that cross the Mississippi from our office in St. Paul, Minnesota. We create collaborative and participatory approaches: clients work with our team to explore questions and seek solutions. No two projects are alike. We bring our team's real-world experience to the work. We know how to develop strategy, shape program direction, develop sustainability plans, fundraise, hire teams, coach leaders, evaluate, and course correct. We know your contexts, cultures, challenges, and dreams, because we've been there...
