In the backdrop of this situation,VagadVision Development Society established by MR. Kuldeep Bhatt with guidance of Dr. Rajendra Prasad, to provide comprehensive, affordable and quality eye care services to the most needy - at their doorsteps, to start a modern eye clinic andcommunity eye care service delivery programs.
