TIM CHAFFIN

Tim became a student with an international real estate education organization in 2001 and started mentoring for that company in 2003. In 2004, he became a mentor trainer. Soon after, he became the lead mentor trainer, training mentor trainers within the company, and received awards for his efforts on all levels... In 2004, Tim and his wife Lori were inducted into the International Real Estate Hall of Fame. In 2006, Tim began teaching the Rehabbing Residential Properties class for the Elite Training students while still continuing to mentor. Other classes he's taught for Elite include Wholesale, Foreclosure and Lease Option strategies, all of which have helped him develop multiple streams of income through the years...
