Our products are shipped from various warehouses across the country. Based on customer location, warehouses and shippers will be chosen. DIPCRAZY PERFORMANCE, INC. uses the following shippers: UPS , Fed Ex, USPS and various domestic and international freight companies... If your shipment is scheduled to arrive truck freight (Example: Old Dominion Freight Lines) we will inform you of that when ordering. We also will not ship your order with out having a day time phone number to give the freight company. In most cases the freight companies will attempt to contact you BEFORE they deliver your shipment. If they can not reach you within one weeks time your shipment will be sent back to the warehouse of origin. At that point additional shipping charges will be assessed and will be the customers responsibility. DIPCRAZY PERFORMANCE, INC. takes no responsibility for abandoned merchandise...
