Providing VIRTUAL mentorship and assistance to foster youth between the ages of 16-24, we also work with volunteers, social workers, casa/gals, case managers, and foster families to give youth every possible opportunity. We collaborate with companies and community partners to bring all the possible resources available to youth within their community... We believe that surrounding these young adults with the supports they need to thrive, while teaching, guiding, coaching and challenging them will help them to develop into successful, independent adults...
